This beginner-friendly session is open to both adults and children and offers a safe, structured introduction to BJJ under the close supervision of our coaches.

Terms and Conditions: A £10 commitment fee is required to reserve your spot. This covers hall costs and ensures small class sizes, and will be deducted from your first month’s membership if you join. The fee is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours.
