Jiu-Jitsu Progressive Training Program

We will offer a program outline at Mata BJJ that is organised into four stages. This outline aims to develop and guide students through a progressive learning process in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Each stage includes essential concepts, specific techniques, and recommended drills to reinforce the learning experience.

Weeks 1 – 3

Focus on Stage 1 techniques and drills.

Week 4 – 6

Introduce Stage 2 concepts and integrate with Stage 1.

Week 7 – 8

Emphasise Stage 3, combining with previous Stages.

Week 9 – 10

Concentrate on Stage 4, ensuring integration of all stages.

Note: At Mata BJJ, we adjust the duration of each stage based on student progress and comprehension. We also regularly incorporate review sessions to reinforce previous lessons.
